Taylor Swift - How Many Houses?

Published: 2018-08-20 | Categories: Latest News

We mostly know Taylor Swift for her music career, but with eight homes across four US states she is also a budding 'real-estate mogul'. At the age of 28, she owns an estimated $84 million in real estate, with a diverse portfolio ranging from a 'modest' $20 million Tribeca penthouse to a California historical landmark that makes up 11,000 square-feet. Here are the star's properties up close:

1. Beverley Hills Ranch - This home reflects the 1950s Hollywood aesthetic. It is an airy-light-filled home at the base of some lush green hills with four beds, four baths and its own climate-controlled wine cellar. Let's hope her garden furniture takes full advantage of the exquisite exterior!

2. Tribeca Penthouse - Swift bought two adjacent penthouses in 2014, converting them into a single duplex with ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The previous owner was non other than 'Lord of the Rings' director Peter Jackson!

3. Neighbouring Townhouse -

Right next-door to the Tribeca penthouses, Swift snapped up a century-old townhouse. It is fitted with luxury amenities like a home theatre and gym, with guest suite featuring luxurious beds and a sublime terrace.

4. Watch Hill Seaside Estate - Taylor's beach house is at the pinnacle of the Rhode Island town, where she has hosted many of her A-List parties. It has seven bedrooms, eight fireplaces, a superb swimming pool and beautiful views of the coastline.

5. West Village Apartment - This is a charming old brick townhouse with contemporary renovations. It includes five beds, seven baths and a substantial indoor swimming pool. Its luxury features include high ceilings, Parisian artwork and some wonderfully ostentatious chandeliers.

6. Beverley Hills Estate - Swift has owned three homes in LA, bet her Beverley Hills mansion is the most impressive. It was purchased from Samuel Goldwyn in 2015, and is currently being restored to sit as a historic landmark at Swift's request.

7. Nashville Condo - It is fitting that a singer would own a home in Nashville, Tennessee and this Music Row condo was Swift's first purchase. It is an industrial-style penthouse with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan layout.

8. Greek Revival Estate - Swift's second Nashville home is true to her roots. It is a wonderfully designed home with a 5,600 square-foot house and 2,000 square-foot guesthouse featuring herringbone floors, vaulted ceilings and elaborate marble fireplaces.

With all that fancy indoor space, Taylor Swift accepts nothing but the best when it comes to armchairs, beds, dining tables and chairs.
